ISSUING THE "LIST OF PREPACKAGED GOODS SUBJECT TO STATE MANAGEMENT IN MEASUREMENT" quản lý nhà nước về đo lường ||| state management of measurement

WHEREAS, the Measurement Ordinance of October 6, 1999;

WHEREAS, Decree No. 28/2008/NĐ-CP of March 14, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;

CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control General Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO is the "List of Prepackaged Goods Subject to State Management in Measurement."

Article 2. The measurement inspection of prepackaged goods listed in Article 1 of this Decision shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Decision No. 02/2008/QĐ-BKHCN dated February 25, 2008, of the Minister of Science and Technology.

For prepackaged goods not included in the List specified in Article 1 of this Decision, the measurement inspection shall be based on the quantitative value indicated on the label or accompanying documentation of the goods.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 61/2002/QĐ-BKHCNMT dated August 9, 2002, of the Minister of Science, Technology, and Environment (now the Ministry of Science and Technology).

Article 4. The Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control General Department shall guide the implementation of this Decision.

Article 5. The Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control General Department, Provincial and Municipal Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control Departments under the Central Government, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
