 THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

 On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;

On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;

Based on the dossier of the relic and the Report No. 94/VX-CT dated January 25, 2005, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,

 DECISION:

Article 1. National Relic Classification: historical relic Den Cao Lo, Cao Duc Commune, Gia Binh District, Bac Ninh Province.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relic classified in Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the architectural and artistic relic Den Cao Lo within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
