Amending and supplementing certain provisions on administrative procedures
stipulated in Decision No. 46/2008/QĐ-BCT dated December 17, 2008
of the Minister of Industry and Trade and Decision No. 15/2007/QĐ-BTM

Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 59/NQ-CP dated December 17, 2010 of the Government on simplifying administrative procedures within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Industry and Trade,
The Minister of Industry and Trade hereby amends and supplements Decision No. 46/2008/QĐ-BCT dated December 17, 2008 of the Minister of Industry and Trade promulgating the Regulation on awarding the Commemorative Medal "For the Development of the Industry and Trade Sector" and Decision No. 15/2007/QĐ-BTM dated June 5, 2007 of the Minister of Commerce promulgating the Regulation on awarding the Commemorative Medal "For the Management of Market" as follows:
Article 1. Amending and supplementing Article 11 of Decision No. 46/2008/QĐ-BCT dated December 17, 2008 of the Minister of Industry and Trade promulgating the Regulation on awarding the Commemorative Medal "For the Development of the Industry and Trade Sector" as follows:
Abolish the declaration requirements for "subject" and "work experience" in Appendix No. 2 as stipulated in Article 11 of Decision No. 46/2008/QĐ-BCT.
Article 2. Supplement Clause 4, Article 8 of the Regulation on awarding the Commemorative Medal "For the Management of Market" promulgated by Decision No. 15/2007/QĐ-BTM dated June 5, 2007 of the Minister of Commerce as follows:
"4. The time limit for considering the awarding of the Commemorative Medal "For the Management of Market" shall not exceed twenty (20) working days from the date of receipt of complete and valid files."
Article 3. Effectiveness
This Circular takes effect from May 15, 2011.
Article 4. Responsibilities for Implementation
The Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of the Department of Awards and Honors, Director of the Market Management Agency, Heads of units under the Ministry, Provincial Departments of Industry and Trade under centrally governed cities and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
