Circular No. 08/2017/TT-BGTVT promulgates five national technical regulations concerning alarm and indication systems on ships, classification and construction of steel-hulled ships, marine pollution prevention systems, cargo handling equipment, and monitoring and construction of small-sized ships. This document replaces the old regulations and takes effect from September 1, 2017.
