RESOLUTION
ON THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE GOVERNMENT FOR THE 15TH NATIONAL ASSEMBLY TERM
OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
BASED ON THE LAW ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY NO. 57/2014/QH13, AS AMENDED BY SOME ARTICLES IN LAW NO. 65/2020/QH14;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government No. 76/2015/QH13 amended and supplemented by Law No. 47/2019/QH14;
Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly sessions issued together with Resolution No. 102/2015/QH13 dated November 24, 2015 of the National Assembly;
On the basis of the Report No. 234/TTr-CP dated July 14, 2021 of the Government on the organizational structure of the Government for the 15th National Assembly term;
RESOLUTION:
Article 1
The organizational structure of the Government for the 15th National Assembly term includes 18 Ministries and 04 ministerial-level agencies:
1. Ministry of National Defense;
2. Ministry of Public Security;
3. Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
4. Ministry of Home Affairs;
5. Ministry of Justice;
6. Ministry of Planning and Investment;
7. Ministry of Finance;
8. Ministry of Industry and Trade;
9. Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
10. Ministry of Transport;
11. Ministry of Construction;
12. Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
13. Ministry of Information and Communications;
14. Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
15. Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
16. Ministry of Science and Technology;
17. Ministry of Education and Training;
18. Ministry of Health;
19. Committee for Ethnic Minorities;
20. State Bank of Vietnam;
21. Government Inspectorate;
22. Office of the Government.
Article 2
This Resolution shall take effect from the date it is adopted by the National Assembly.
This Resolution was adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the 15th term, the first session, on July 23, 2021.
