CIRCULAR
Issuing the University Bachelor's Degree Training Regulation
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2019;
pursuant to the Law on Greplacing the higher education bachelor's degree training regulation issued on June 18, 2012;
Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Higher Education Law on November 19, 2018;
Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2019/NĐ-CP dated December 30, 2019 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Higher Education Law;
7. Components of a training program include a group of courses and other learning and research activities with common characteristics in specialized fields; clearly playing a role in achieving a set of goals and requirements of the training program. These components are used to design the overall structure of the training program (such as general education, basic sciences, core subjects, internships and experiences, scientific research, and other components).
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to issue the University Bachelor's Degree Training Regulation.
Article 1. This Circular promulgates the University Bachelor's Degree Training Regulation.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from May 3, 2021, applicable to recruitment sessions after the date it comes into force, and replaces Decision No. 25/2006/QĐ-BGDĐT dated June 26, 2006 of the Minister of Education and Training issuing the university and college regular system training regulation; Decision No. 43/2007/QĐ-BGDĐT dated August 15, 2007 of the Minister of Education and Training issuing the university and college regular system training regulation under the credit system; Circular No. 57/2012/TT-BGDĐT dated December 27, 2012 amending and supplementing certain articles of the university and college regular system training regulation issued together with Decision No. 43/2007/QĐ-BGDĐT dated August 15, 2007 of the Minister of Education and Training; Circular No. 06/2017/TT-BGDĐT dated March 15, 2017 of the Minister of Education and Training issuing the regulation on concurrent work and study bachelor's degree training; Decision No. 22/QĐ-BGDĐT dated June 26, 2001 of the Minister of Education and Training stipulating second bachelor's degree training; Circular No. 10/2018/TT-BGDĐT dated March 30, 2018 of the Minister of Education and Training issuing the regulation on second bachelor's degree and college teacher training program; Circular No. 07/2017/TT-BGDĐT dated March 15, 2017 of the Minister of Education and Training issuing the regulation on joint bachelor's degree training.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Higher Education Department, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; rectors of universities and academies, principals of state agency universities, political organization universities, social-political organization universities, related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
