Issuing the Regulation on the organization and operation of community learning centers at communes, wards, and towns

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

To implement the guidance of the Prime Minister in Notification No. 268/TB-VPCP dated December 24, 2007 regarding the conclusions of Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung at the meeting on the organizational model, management, and financial mechanism of community learning centers; Circular No. 1165/VPCP-KG dated February 25, 2008 of the Office of the Government on issuing the Regulation on the organization and operation of community learning centers at communes, wards, and towns;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Continuing Education,

DECISION:

Article 1. The accompanying this Decision is the Regulation on the organization and operation of community learning centers at communes, wards, and towns.

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Department of Continuing Education, Heads of units related to the Ministry of Education and Training, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Directors of Departments of Education and Training shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
