1. Amending Point l Clause 1 Article 4 as follows:
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 16, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
"l) A cleaning plan for equipment and the implementation of environmental protection requirements after the completion of the transportation of dangerous goods, signed and stamped with confirmation by the organization or individual applying for the Dangerous Goods Transportation Permit in accordance with Model 3. PALSTB in the Appendix attached to this Circular."ưở2. Replacing Model 3. PALSTB with Model 3. PALSTB in the Appendix attached to this Circular.

This Circular shall take effect from August 15, 2018.
The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from August 15, 2018.

The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
