Issuing technical safety inspection procedures for drilling machines, pile driving and pile insertion machines used in construction works.

Pursuant to the Labor Safety Law dated June 25, 2016;
Pursuant to Decree No. 44/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Labor Safety Law on technical safety inspection activities, occupational safety training, and workplace environmental monitoring;
Pursuant to Decree No. 81/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
At the proposal of the Director of the National Construction Quality Supervision Agency;
The Minister of Construction issues this Circular on the technical safety inspection procedures for drilling machines, pile driving and pile insertion machines used in construction works.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the technical safety inspection procedures for drilling machines, pile driving and pile insertion machines used in construction works, designated as QTKĐ: 01-2018/BXD.
Article 2. Organizations that have been granted certificates of qualification for technical safety inspection activities and individuals who have been issued certificates as inspectors for drilling machines, pile driving and pile insertion machines used in construction works must comply with the provisions of the technical safety inspection procedure QTKĐ: 01-2018/BXD attached to this Circular when conducting inspections.
Article 3. Effectiveness
1. This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2019.
2. Repeal Clause 3 of Article 1 of Circular No. 11/2017/TT-BXD dated October 16, 2018 of the Ministry of Construction regarding the issuance of technical safety inspection procedures for formwork systems, independent concrete distribution equipment, drilling machines, pile driving and pile insertion machines used in construction works.
3. In the course of implementing this Circular, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals are requested to report to the Ministry of Construction for research and resolution./.
