CIRCULAR

OF THE MINISTRY OF VETERANS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS NO. 1/TBXH JANUARY 1, 1983
AMENDMENT TO FUNERAL ALLOWANCE

Point 1 of Circular No. 34/TBXH dated October 1, 1981 of the Ministry of Veterans and Social Affairs stipulates that the funeral allowance for cadres, workers, civil servants, and military personnel who have died is 500 dong.

To align with current circumstances, after consultation with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Veterans and Social Affairs temporarily revises the funeral allowance mentioned in Point 1 of Circular No. 34-TBXH dated October 1, 1981 to 1200 dong.

The aforementioned funeral allowance shall take effect from the date of signature. All previous provisions inconsistent with this circular are hereby abolished.
