THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Resolution No. 01/2007/QH12 dated July 31, 2007, of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Session XII, First Meeting, on the organizational structure of the Government and the number of Deputy Prime Ministers for the XIIth term;
Implementing the directive of the Prime Minister in Document No. 1176/VPCP-QHQT dated November 21, 2007, regarding the agreement on Cambodian agricultural products imported into Vietnam;
At the proposal of the Director of the Import-Export Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. Supplementing 1,000 tons of the tariff quota for the import of dried tobacco leaves in 2007 in Appendix I attached to Decision No. 33/2006/QĐ-BTM dated October 16, 2006, of the Minister of Trade (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) concerning the importation under tariff quotas for goods originating from Cambodia with a zero percent import tariff rate. The application of the supplementary tariff quota quantity shall be implemented until March 31, 2008.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
