Article 1. 1. The list of permitted veterinary drugs for aquatic livestock circulating in Vietnam (Annex I).

2. The list of permitted environmental management products for aquaculture circulating in Vietnam (Annex II).

The Department of Quality Management, Safety, and Veterinary Services for Aquatic Livestock shall notify and guide production and business establishments to re-register products allowed to circulate within six months from the date this decision takes effect (as stipulated in Part B of Annex I and Part B of Annex II).

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Director of the Office; Inspector General; Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry of Aquatic Resources; Directors of Fisheries Departments and Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development responsible for fisheries management; organizations and individuals involved in the registration and circulation of veterinary drugs for aquatic livestock; environmental management products for aquaculture are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
