Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR SOCIAL WORK MAJOR, INCLUDING:
1. SOCIAL WORK MAJOR AT UNIVERSITY LEVEL.
2. SOCIAL WORK MAJOR AT COLLEGE LEVEL.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MAY 11, 2010 AND REPLACE THE DECISION NO. 35/2004/QĐ-BGDĐT OF OCTOBER 11, 2004 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING REGARDING THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR SOCIAL WORK MAJOR AT UNIVERSITY AND COLLEGE LEVELS. THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM ATTACHED HEREIN SHALL BE APPLIED IN UNIVERSITIES, ACADEMIES, AND COLLEGES ASSIGNED TO TEACH THESE MAJORS AT UNIVERSITY OR COLLEGE LEVELS.
Article 3. BASED ON THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM AS PROVIDED IN THIS CIRCULAR, THE DIRECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES AND ACADEMIES, AND THE PRINCIPALS OF UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES SHALL ORGANIZE THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFIC CURRICULA FOR THEIR INSTITUTIONS; ORGANIZE THE COMPOSITION AND APPROVAL OF TEXTBOOKS FOR COURSES TO BE USED IN THEIR INSTITUTIONS ON THE BASIS OF THE REVIEW BY THE TEXTBOOK REVIEW BOARD ESTABLISHED BY THE DIRECTOR OR THE PRINCIPAL.
Article 4. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION, HEADS OF RELATED UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, DIRECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES AND ACADEMIES, AND PRINCIPALS OF UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
