ISSUING THE LIST OF DOMESTICALLY PRODUCED MEDICINES MEETING TREATMENT REQUIREMENTS, PRICES, AND SUPPLY CAPACITY
BASED ON THE BID LAW NUMBER 43/2013/QH13OF NOVEMBER 26, 2013;
BASED ON DECREE NUMBER 63/2014/NĐ-CP OF JUNE 26, 2014 OF THE GOVERNMENT REGARDING THE SELECTION OF CONTRACTORS UNDER THE BID LAW;Nghị định số 6 năm 2014 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết một số điều của Luật đấu thầu về lựa chọn nhà thầu;detailed implementation of certain provisions of the Labor Law regarding unemployment insurance Detailed Rules for Implementation thực hiện một số Article of the Bidding Law regarding the selection of contractors;
Decree No. DECREE NO. 63/2012/NĐ-CP dated August 31, 2012 of the GovernmentHealth inspection,For traditional medicine doctors, traditional medicine practitioners, licensed traditional medicine practitioners, and those with hereditary prescriptions or hereditary treatment methods, the scope of professional activities shall be implemented according to another Circular issued by the Minister of Health.

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ESTABLISH A LIST OF DOMESTICALLY PRODUCED MEDICATIONS MEETING TREATMENT REQUIREMENTS, DRUG PRICES, AND SUPPLY CAPABILITIES.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS A LIST OF DOMESTICALLY PRODUCED MEDICATIONS MEETING TREATMENT REQUIREMENTS, DRUG PRICES, AND SUPPLY CAPABILITIES AS SET OUT IN ANNEX I.
ARTICLE 2. PRINCIPLES AND CRITERIA FOR BUILDING THE LIST
THE LIST OF DOMESTICALLY PRODUCED MEDICATIONS MEETING TREATMENT REQUIREMENTS, DRUG PRICES, AND SUPPLY CAPABILITIES SHALL BE DEVELOPED BASED ON THE CRITERIA AND PRINCIPLES SET OUT IN ANNEX II ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR.
Article 3. Implementation Organization
THE DIRECTOR OF THE DRUG MANAGEMENT CIRCULAR RECOMMENDS UPDATING, ADDING, OR ADJUSTING THE LIST OF MEDICATIONS TO SUIT CURRENT SITUATIONS AND ENSURE TIMELY AVAILABILITY OF DRUGS FOR PREVENTIVE AND CURATIVE HEALTH SERVICES AT HEALTH FACILITIES.
Article 4. Implementation provisions
THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JULY 1, 2016. IF THERE ARE ANY DIFFICULTIES OR OBSTACLES DURING IMPLEMENTATION, THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED PROMPTLY TO THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH (DRUG MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT) FOR CONSIDERATION AND RESOLUTION.
