Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2022/NĐ-CP dated July 26, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
The Minister of Information and Communications issues this Circular suspending the effectiveness of certain contents of Circular No. 03/2024/TT-BTTTT dated April 30, 2024 of the Minister of Information and Communications on the planning of frequency bands 1710-1785 MHz and 1805-1880 MHz for the public terrestrial mobile communication system IMT in Vietnam and Circular No. 04/2024/TT-BTTTT dated May 10, 2024 of the Minister of Information and Communications on the planning of frequency bands 880-915 MHz and 925-960 MHz for the public terrestrial mobile communication system IMT in Vietnam.
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE RADIO FREQUENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY;
Article 1. Suspension of the effectiveness of certain contents of Circular No. 03/2024/TT-BTTTT dated April 30, 2024 of the Minister of Information and Communications and Circular No. 04/2024/TT-BTTTT dated May 10, 2024 of the Minister of Information and Communications
1. Suspension of the effectiveness of point a Clause 2 Article 4 of Circular No. 03/2024/TT-BTTTT dated April 30, 2024 of the Minister of Information and Communications on the planning of frequency bands 1710-1785 MHz and 1805-1880 MHz for the public terrestrial mobile communication system IMT in Vietnam from September 16, 2024 until October 15, 2024.
2. Suspension of the effectiveness of point a Clause 2 Article 4 of Circular No. 04/2024/TT-BTTTT dated May 10, 2024 of the Minister of Information and Communications on the planning of frequency bands 880-915 MHz and 925-960 MHz for the public terrestrial mobile communication system IMT in Vietnam from September 16, 2024 until October 15, 2024.
This Circular shall take effect from September 16, 2024.
Article 2. Effective Date
1. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Radio Frequency Management Department, the Director of the Telecommunications Department, the heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
2. In the course of implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Information and Communications for consideration and resolution./.
