ABOLISHING DECISION NO. 1292/2009/QD-PP OF APRIL 29, 2009 OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF THANH HOA PROVINCE ON REGULATIONS ON GRANTING, MANAGING AND USING FUNDS TO IMPLEMENT POLICIES FOR PERSONS WITH MERIT IN THE REVOLUTION AND PERSONS DIRECTLY PARTICIPATING IN THE RESISTANCE WAR

WHEREAS, Law on Organization of Local Administration dated June 19, 2015;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP of May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 163/2016/ND-CP of December 21, 2016 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of the Law on State Budget;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 31/2013/ND-CP of April 9, 2013 of the Government guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Preferential Treatment for Persons with Merit in the Revolution;
WHEREAS, Circular No. 101/2018/TT-BTC of November 14, 2018 of the Ministry of Finance on management and use of funds to implement policies for persons with merit in the revolution and persons directly participating in the resistance war managed by the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs at Report No. 22/TTr-SLĐTBXH of March 5, 2019 on abolishing Decision No. 1292/2009/QD-PP of April 29, 2009 of the People's Committee of the province promulgating regulations on granting, managing and using funds to implement policies for persons with merit in the revolution and persons directly participating in the resistance war.
DECISION:
Article 1. ABOLISH Decision No. 1292/2009/QD-PP of April 29, 2009 of the People's Committee of the province promulgating regulations on granting, managing and using funds to implement policies for persons with merit in the revolution and persons directly participating in the resistance war.
REASON: The management and use of funds to implement policies for persons with merit in the revolution and persons directly participating in the resistance war are carried out by the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs according to Circular No. 101/2018/TT-BTC of November 14, 2018 of the Ministry of Finance.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Decision shall take effect from May 10, 2019.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
The Head of the Provincial People's Committee Office; Directors of departments; Heads of agencies and sectors; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and relevant agencies, organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
