🌐 Tác động xã hội từ văn bản này

  • Positive impact: Due to the adjustment of the tax rate, enterprises importing other alloy steel products will bear a lower tax burden compared to before (previously, higher tax rates may have been applied). This helps reduce input costs and increase the competitiveness of domestic products.
  • Negative impact: The affected entities are enterprises importing other alloy steel products, who will need to comply with the new regulations on criteria for determining the product to qualify for the preferential tax rate. This may cause difficulties for some enterprises that are not familiar with the regulations.
  • Positive impact: For consumers and the domestic steel market, a lower tax rate will help reduce the final product cost, thereby increasing consumer access to high-quality products.
