Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/ND-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts dated November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts dated December 16, 2002;

Article 1. Correcting Circular No. 08/2006/TT-BLDTBXH dated July 27, 2006 guiding the implementation of wage systems and allowances for workers, staff, and officials constructing the Dong Nai 4 Hydropower Project as follows:
1. Point 3, Section II was printed as:
"3. Midday meal allowance, applying a midday meal allowance of 5,000 VND/person/day. The organization and implementation of midday meals shall be carried out in accordance with Circular No. 15/1999/TT-BLDTBXH dated June 22, 1999 guiding the implementation of midday meal allowances for workers and officials working in state-owned enterprises. The application of midday meal allowances shall take effect from July 12, 2006 onwards."
Corrected to read:
"3. Midday meal allowance, applying a midday meal allowance of 5,000 VND/person/day. The organization and implementation of midday meals shall be carried out in accordance with Circular No. 15/1999/TT-BLDTBXH dated June 22, 1999 guiding the implementation of midday meal allowances for workers and officials working in state-owned enterprises."
2. Section IV. EFFECTIVE DATE: was printed as:
"This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
The provisions of this Circular shall be implemented from the start of construction until the completion of the project, except for the midday meal allowance which shall be implemented from July 12, 2006 until the completion of the project."
Corrected to read: "This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette"

The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, and the Directors of relevant departments are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
