Regarding the promulgation of the Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance

PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992;

WHEREAS EDUCATION and Article 78 of the Law on Organization Countries (Decision No. 55/2016/QĐ-TTg dated December 26, 2016 of the Prime Minister)

Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on Legislative Acts;

NOW PROMULGATES:

The Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance.

Was passed by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Session X, on July 25, 2001./.
