Issued Curriculum for Political Education Course used in Vocational Training

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005; The Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Education Law on November 25, 2009;

Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Education, and Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Education;

Pursuant to the conclusions of the Examination Board's meeting on September 10, 2011 regarding the Political Education Course Curriculum used in vocational training at the intermediate level;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Vocational Education,

The Minister of Education and Training decides:

Article 1. To promulgate the Political Education Course Curriculum used in vocational training at the intermediate level attached hereto. This course replaces the Political course previously specified in Circular No. 16/2010/TT-BGDĐT dated June 28, 2010 on the Intermediate Vocational Education Curriculum Framework.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from April 22, 2012 and replaces the following Decisions of the Minister of Education and Training: Decision No. 375/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated September 5, 1991 on the issuance of the Political Course Curriculum for high school graduates in vocational schools; Decision No. 20/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated May 20, 2003 on the issuance of the Political Course Curriculum for junior high school graduates in vocational schools.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Department of Vocational Education, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Directors of provincial Departments of Education and Training, Heads of educational management agencies, Principals of intermediate vocational schools, Heads of institutions entrusted with the task of training at the intermediate vocational level, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
