CIRCULAR

Issuing the Regulation on Granting the "Science and Technology Award for Young University Lecturers"

for young lecturers in higher education institutions”

 
   

 

 

 

Pursuant to the Higher Education Law dated June 18, 2012;

 

Pursuant to the Science and Technology Law dated June 18, 2013;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 78/2014/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2014 of the Government on Ho Chi Minh Award, State Award, and other awards for science and technology;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Environment,

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to issue the Regulation on Granting the "Science and Technology Award for Young University Lecturers".  

Article 1. This Circular annexes the Regulation on Granting the "Science and Technology Award for Young University Lecturers".

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from June 20, 2017.

The Circular No. 14/2014/TT-BGDĐT dated May 5, 2014 of the Minister of Education and Training on regulations for granting the "Vietnamese Young Science Talent Award" for young lecturers in universities ceases to be effective from the date this Circular takes effect.

 

Article 3The Director of the Office, Directors of Departments of Science, Technology, and Environment, heads of units under the Ministry of Education and Training, heads of higher education institutions, and relevant individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
