Article 1:||| This Decision hereby promulgates five templates for "Fines Collection Receipts" with pre-printed denominations of 5,000 VND, 10,000 VND, 20,000 VND, 50,000 VND, and 100,000 VND (as attached), to be uniformly used nationwide by organizations and units authorized to collect fines on the spot for administrative violations.
Article 2: ||| The General Department of Taxation shall be responsible for printing, issuing, distributing, managing, and guiding the use of "Fines Collection Receipts" as stipulated in Article 1.
Article 3: ||| This Decision takes effect from October 1, 2002./.
