Article 1. The List of minimum technical indicators that must be published when establishing basic standards for livestock feed products is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Agricultural Extension and Forestry Extension, the Heads of the Science and Technology and Product Quality Department, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under central cities and provinces, organizations and individuals involved in the production and business of livestock feed products shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
