CIRCULAR
AMENDING THE GUIDELINE NO. 04/2012/TT-BTC dated January 5, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance on the regime of collection, payment, management and use of fees and charges in veterinary work
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Issuance of Regulatory Legal Documents No. 17/2008/QH12 dated June 3, 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 215/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 23, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance; In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Tax Policy Department,
The Minister of Finance issues this Circular amending Circular No. 04/2012/TT-BTC dated January 5, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance on the regime of collection, payment, management and use of fees and charges in veterinary work, as follows:
Article 1.
Repeals the
Points 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 Part I Appendix 1; Points 5, 6, 7, 8 Appendix 2; Points 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.10, 2.21, 2.24 Part II and Points 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 Part III Section A; Points 6, 7 Section C; Section D; Section E; Section F Appendix 4 List of Fees and Charges in Veterinary Work issued together with Circular No. 04/2012/TT-BTC.Article 2.
Amending
Point 3 Part I Appendix 1 as follows: Fee for issuing a certificate of animal quarantine for animals and animal products for transit, temporary import for re-export, transshipment: 70,000 VND/per time.(List of fees and charges abolished and amended attached hereto).
Article 3.
This Circular takes effect from August 8, 2015.
Article 4.
During the implementation process, if there are any difficulties, organizations and individuals are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Finance for study and resolution./.
