Regarding the Supplement to the List of Goods and Services Subject to Price Stabilization

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Price Ordinance dated April 26, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 170/2003/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2003 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Price Ordinance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2008/NĐ-CP dated June 9, 2008 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 170/2003/NĐ-CP of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Price Ordinance;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance,

DECISION:

Article 1. Supplement industrial animal feed products (both domestically produced and imported) to the List of Goods and Services Subject to Price Stabilization as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 1 of Decree No. 75/2008/NĐ-CP, including:

1. Complete mixed feed and concentrated feed for pig and chicken meat production.

2. Pelleted feed for catfish and basa fish (size 05) with a weight from 200 grams to 500 grams per fish.

3. Pelleted feed for black tiger shrimp (size 05) with a weight from 10 grams to 20 grams per shrimp.

Article 2. The authority to decide and announce the application of price stabilization measures for goods specified in Article 1 of this Decision shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 170/2003/NĐ-CP, Decree No. 75/2008/NĐ-CP, and guiding documents issued by relevant ministries within their respective jurisdictions.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from November 15, 2009.

Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees, municipal People's Committees directly under the central government, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision.
