Regarding the promulgation of the Ordinance on Safeguard Measures for Imported Goods from Foreign Countries into Vietnam

Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the 10th National Assembly, 10th Session;
Pursuant to Article 19 of the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on the Issuance of Legal Normative Documents;
NOW PROMULGATES:
The Ordinance on Safeguard Measures for Imported Goods from Foreign Countries into Vietnam
Was adopted by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, 10th Term, on May 25, 2002./.
