Issued Article 24promulgating the national technical regulation on railway operationorganize credit institutions, foreign bank branches are responsible for organizing the implementation of this Circular.

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law 3. Amend Clause 3 Article 2 as follows:dated June 14, 2005;
Article 1. The National Technical Regulation on requirements for objects subject to plant quarantine upon importation is attached hereto.No. Pursuant to Resolution 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director General of the Vietnam Railway Administration;ắThe Minister of Transport hereby issues this Circular to promulgate the national technical regulation on railway operation.
This Circular annexes the national technical regulation on railway operation, number QCVN 08:2015/BGTVTy This Circular takes effect from October 20, 2015; it abolishes the national technical regulation on railway operation QCVN 08:2011/BGTVT issued together with Circular No. 66/2011/TT-BGTVT dated December 28, 2011 by the Minister of Transport.
Article 1.
