CIRCULAR
ABOLISHING CERTAIN LEGAL DOCUMENTS
ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS
Based on the Law on Enactment of Legislative Acts dated June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 3, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department;
The Minister of Home Affairs issues this Circular to repeal certain regulatory legal documents issued by the Minister of Home Affairs.
Article 1. Repeal all normative legal documents
Repeal all normative legal documents issued by the Minister of Home Affairs as follows:
1. Circular No. 01/2006/TT-BNV dated January 13, 2006, guiding in detail the handling of complaints regarding disciplinary decisions for civil servants in administrative state agencies.
2. Circular No. 14/2011/TT-BNV dated November 8, 2011, stipulating the management of files and documents formed during the operation of People's Councils and People's Committees at commune, ward, and town levels.
Article 2. Implementation
1. This Circular shall take effect from December 1, 2018.
2. The Head of the Legal Department, Heads of units under the Ministry of Home Affairs, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
