CIRCULAR
Issuing the Regular Training Program for Kindergarten Teachers preschool teacher
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005; and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Education Law dated November 25, 2009;
Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training; stipulates the functions, duties, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; and Decree No. 07/2013/NĐ-CP dated January 9, 2013 of the Government amending point b clause 13 Article 1 of Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 101/2017/NĐ-CP dated September 1, 2017 of the Government on training and professional development for civil servants and public officials;
Pursuant to the Minutes of the Review Board's review of the Regular Training Program for Kindergarten Teachers at the meeting held on October 30, 2018;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Teachers and Educational Management;
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to promulgate the Regular Training Program for Kindergarten Teachers.
Article 1. This Circular annexes the Regular Training Program for Kindergarten Teachers.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 12, 2019 and replaces Circular No. 36/2011/TT-BGDĐT dated August 17, 2011 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Regular Training Program for Kindergarten Teachers.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Heads of the Department of Teachers and Educational Managers, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Directors of provincial Departments of Education and Training, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
