The Prime Minister issues this Decision on the Regulation on Response Activities to Oil Spill Incidents.
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulation on Response Activities to Oil Spill Incidents.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from May 10, 2021, replacing Decision No. 02/2013/QĐ-TTg dated January 14, 2013 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Regulation on Response Activities to Oil Spill Incidents, and Decision No. 63/2014/QĐ-TTg dated November 11, 2014 of the Prime Minister amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Regulation on Response Activities to Oil Spill Incidents promulgated together with Decision No. 02/2013/QĐ-TTg dated January 14, 2013 of the Prime Minister.
Article 3. The Chairman of the National Steering Committee for Disaster Response and Search and Rescue, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees are responsible for implementing this Decision.
