Circular No. 12/2023/TT-BGDĐT abolishes certain circulars issued by the Minister of Education and Training in the field of education.

CIRCULAR

Repealing certain Circulars issued by the Minister of Education and Training

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2022/NĐ-CP dated October 24, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

On the basis of Law on Legislative Issuance of Regulatory Legal Documents dated June 22, 2015; Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Issuance of Regulatory Legal Documents dated June 18, 2020;

On the basis of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures to implement the Law on Legislative Issuance of Regulatory Legal Documents; Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No.Decision No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures to implement the Law on Legislative Issuance of Regulatory Legal Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2022/NĐ-CP dated October 24, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department;

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to repeal certain Circulars issued by the Minister of Education and Training in the field of education.

Article 1. Repeal entirely certain Circulars issued by the Minister of Education and Training in the field of education.

The following Circulars are hereby repealed entirely:

1. Circular No. 10/2014/TT-BGDĐT dated April 11, 2014 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Regulation on Management of Vietnamese Citizens Studying Abroad.

2. Circular No. 28/2014/TT-BGDĐT dated August 26, 2014 of the Minister of Education and Training stipulating the training and issuance of certificates for educational management staff.

3. Circular No. 34/2017/TT-BGDĐT dated December 25, 2017 of the Minister of Education and Training amending and supplementing certain articles of the Regulation on Management of Vietnamese Citizens Studying Abroad promulgated together with Circular No. 10/2014/TT-BGDĐT dated April 11, 2014 of the Minister of Education and Training.

Article 2. Implementation clause

1. This Circular shall take effect from July 31, 2023.

2. The Director of the Office, Heads of Departments under the Ministry of Education and Training; Directors of Provincial Departments of Education and Training; Directors of Universities and Academies; Principals of University Schools; Principals of Teacher Colleges and other related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
