CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND OPERATING REGULATIONS FOR BOARDING HIGH SCHOOLS
BASED ON EDUCATION LAW NO. 43/2019/QH14 AND THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTARY DECREE TO THE EDUCATION LAW NO. 123/2025/QH15;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 37/2025/NĐ-CP DATED FEBRUARY 26, 2025 OF THE GOVERNMENT ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE FUNCTIONAL MISSIONS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING;
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE BASIC EDUCATION DIVISION;
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ISSUE THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND OPERATING REGULATIONS FOR BOARDING HIGH SCHOOLS.
ARTICLE 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND OPERATING REGULATIONS FOR BOARDING HIGH SCHOOLS.
ARTICLE 2. THIS CIRCULAR COMES INTO FORCE ON MARCH 4, 2026. IN CASE ANY OF THE REFERENCE DOCUMENTS MENTIONED HEREIN ARE AMENDED, SUPPLEMENTED, OR REPLACED, IMPLEMENTATION SHALL BE ACCORDING TO THE AMENDED, SUPPLEMENTED, OR REPLACED DOCUMENT.
ARTICLE 3. THE DEPUTY CHIEF OF THE OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE BASIC EDUCATION DIVISION, HEADS OF RELEVANT UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, CHAIRMEN OF PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING BUREAUS AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH RELEVANT RESPONSIBILITIES SHALL BEAR RESPONSIBILITY FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
