DECREE-LAW
NO. 123/SL OF OCTOBER 4, 1952
ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 50-SL dated April 13, 1946 on the organization of the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 29-SL dated May 12, 1952 establishing the Office of Railway Engineering;
At the proposal of the Minister of Public Works and Transportation, approved by the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1- The Deputy Director of the Office of Railway Engineering in the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation is hereby appointed to Mr. Le Khac, Assistant Engineer.
Article 2- The Minister of Public Works and Transportation shall implement this Decree-Law./.
