dated September 27, 1999 of the Government Chairman
on the establishment, use, and management of the Export Support Fund

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the State Budget Law dated December 16, 2002.
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. BAbolish Decision No. 195/1999/QĐ-TTg dated September 27, 1999 of the Government Chairman on the establishment, use, and management of the Export Support Fund.
Article 2. The Minister of Finance shall, based on the Action Program of the Government for the period 2006-2010 attached to Resolution No. 25/2006/NQ-CP dated October 9, 2006 of the Government, consult with relevant ministries and submit to the Government in the fourth quarter of 2008 proposals to adjust and change current policies and mechanisms to promote export development in accordance with commitments under the World Trade Organization.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and Heads of government-affiliated agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
