DECREE-LAW
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 124/SL DATE JULY 11, 1950
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 33-SL dated April 25, 1949, merging the Statistics Office of the Ministry of Economy into the Presidential Palace;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 34-SL dated April 25, 1949, appointing Mr. Nguyen Thien Lau as Director of the Statistics Office under the Presidential Palace;
In accordance with a resolution of the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE- LAW:
Article 1: The Decree-Law No. 33-SL dated April 25, 1950, and the Decree-Law No. 34-SL dated April 25, 1949 are hereby repealed.
Article 2: A temporary organization to oversee statistical work shall be established by a decree of the Prime Minister.
Article 3: The Prime Minister is hereby instructed to implement this Decree-Law.
