Regarding the adjustment of the list of areas encouraged for investment
in Tây Ninh Province

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2000/NĐ-CP dated July 31, 2000 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision on principles, criteria, and allocation standards for state budget investment capital development phase 2016-2020.
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6Adjust the List of Areas Encouraged for Investment issued together with Decree No. 24/2000/NĐ-CP dated July 31, 2000 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam as follows:
- Transfer all districts in Tây Ninh Province from List B (List of areas with difficult socio-economic conditions) to List A (List of areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions);
- Add Tây Ninh City to List B (List of areas with difficult socio-economic conditions).
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature.
The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tây Ninh Province shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
