Decree No. 125/2020/NĐ-CP on administrative penalties for tax and invoice violations

Respectfully submitted to:

Due to technical oversight, we hereby correct the errors in Decree No. 125/2020/NĐ-CP dated October 19, 2020, of the Government, concerning administrative penalties for violations related to taxes and invoices, as follows:

1. In Clause 3, Article 19 of Decree No. 125/2020/NĐ-CP, it states: "... The amount of fine for individuals shall be applied according to the principle stipulated in Clause 5, Article 4 of this Decree." It is now corrected to read: "... The amount of fine for individuals shall be applied according to the principle stipulated in Clause 5, Article 5 of this Decree."

2. In the name of Article 29 of Decree No. 125/2020/NĐ-CP, it reads:Article 29 Administrative penalty for violation of regulations on issuing, submitting notification, and reporting invoices. It is now corrected to read:Article 29 Administrative penalty for violation of regulations on issuing, submitting notification, and reporting invoices".

3. In footnote [18] of Model No. 01/QD; footnote [9] of Model No. 02/QD; footnote [18] of Model No. 03/QD; footnote [11] of Model No. 04/QD; footnote [17] of Model No. 06/QD; footnote [10] of Model No. 07/QD; footnote [11] of Model No. 08/QD; footnote [13] of Model No. 09/QD; footnote [14] of Model No. 10/QD; footnote [14] of Model No. 11/QD attached to Decree No. 125/2020/NĐ-CP, it states: "... write the abbreviation "Q." before the title of the head of the level ...". It is now corrected to read: "... write the abbreviation "KT." before the title of the head of the level ..."./.
