Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Code of Conduct for Government Offices in Administrative State Agencies attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. Based on the Code of Conduct issued pursuant to this Decision, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, and Chairmen of People's Committees at all levels shall issue the Code of Conduct for their respective agencies and localities./.
