CIRCULAR

Abolishing certain legal regulatory documents on military affairs and national defence

issued by the Minister of National Defence, jointly issued

Pursuant to the Law on Legal Regulatory Document Issuance dated June 22, 2015;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP of May 14, 2016 promulgated by the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legal Regulatory Document Issuance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 164/2017/NĐ-CP of December 30, 2017 promulgated by the Government defining functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defence;

At the proposal of the Director of Legal Department;

The Minister of National Defence issues this Circular abolishing certain legal regulatory documents on military affairs and national defence issued by the Minister of National Defence, jointly issued.

Article 1. Abolish all legal regulatory documents issued by the Minister of National Defence, jointly issued as listed in the Appendix attached to this Circular.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 30, 2019.

Article 3. The Director of Legal Department, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defence; relevant agencies, organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
