PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 19/2000/NQ-CP dated December 29, 2000 of the Government's regular session in December 2000,
Considering the proposal of the Steering Committee for Administrative Reform of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Administrative Reform Program of the Government for 2001 is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
The Steering Committee for Administrative Reform of the Government shall assist the Prime Minister in directing and supervising the implementation of this Program./.
