THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 52/1999/NĐ-CP OF JULY 8, 1999 ON THE REGULATIONS ON INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION, AND THE GOVERNMENT DECREES NO. 12/2000/NĐ-CP OF MAY 5, 2000 AND NO. 07/2003/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 30, 2003 AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE REGULATIONS ON INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION ISSUED TOGETHER WITH GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 52/1999/NĐ-CP OF JULY 8, 1999;
BASED ON THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION'S LETTER NO. 384/BXD-KTTC OF MARCH 29, 2004 UNIFYING THE ISSUE OF "STANDARD BUDGET ESTIMATES FOR THE PRESERVATION, REPAIR AND RESTORATION OF HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGES AND SCENIC SPOTS" FOR THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION TO ISSUE AND APPLY;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO ARE THE STANDARD BUDGET ESTIMATES FOR THE PRESERVATION, REPAIR AND RESTORATION OF HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGES AND SCENIC SPOTS.
Article 2. THE STANDARD BUDGET ESTIMATES FOR THE PRESERVATION, REPAIR AND RESTORATION OF HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGES AND SCENIC SPOTS SHALL BE USED AS A BASIS FOR ESTABLISHING UNIT PRICES AND PREPARING BUDGET ESTIMATES FOR PROJECTS AND WORKS FOR THE PRESERVATION, REPAIR AND RESTORATION OF HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGES AND SCENIC SPOTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT STATE REGULATIONS.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ESTABLISHING UNIT PRICES AND PREPARING BUDGET ESTIMATES FOR THE PRESERVATION, REPAIR AND RESTORATION OF HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGES AND SCENIC SPOTS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
