THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to Decision No. 4012/2003/QĐ-BYT of the Ministry of Health dated July 30, 2003 promulgating the Regulations on Vaccine and Medical Biological Product Registration;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Preventive Medicine, Ministry of Health,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the List of types of vaccines and medical biological products produced abroad to be considered for registration by the Ministry of Health for circulation in Vietnam in 2006.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 13/2005/QĐ-BYT dated April 11, 2005 regarding the issuance of the list of types of vaccines and medical biological products produced abroad to be considered for registration by the Ministry of Health for circulation in Vietnam in 2005.
Article 3. The Department of Preventive Medicine is responsible for notifying this Decision to vaccine and medical biological product manufacturing and trading enterprises.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Directors of the Department of Preventive Medicine, the Department of Medicinal Products, the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Health, the Heads of the Departments of Science and Training, Medical Equipment and Health Facilities, Legal Affairs, and the Directors of Provincial Health Services under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
