CIRCULAR
Repealing certain regulatory legal documents
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Decrees dated June 22, 2015, amended and supplemented on June 18, 2020;

Pursuant to the Governmental Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Decrees, amended and supplemented by Governmental Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing some articles and measures for implementing the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents; amended and supplemented by some articles in Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 and Decree No. 59/2024/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2024 of the Government;
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2022/NĐ-CP dated November 30, 2022 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of National Defense;
The Minister of National Defense promulgates this Circular to abolish all certain legal normative documents within the authority to enact of the Minister of National Defense.
Article 1. Abolish entirely 38 legal normative documents on military, national defense, and cryptology within the authority to enact of the Minister of National Defense, detailed in the Appendix attached hereto.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from April 7, 2025.
Article 3. The Head of the Legal Affairs Department, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense; relevant agencies, units, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
