OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 13 OF FEBRUARY 3, 1947
CHAIRMAN OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS
CONSIDERING the current situation,
ENACTED
Clause 1
From the date this decree is promulgated until new orders are issued, all export and import of goods throughout the entire territory of Vietnam shall be prohibited.
Clause 2
A decree will specify the details for implementing this decree.
Clause 3
The Ministers of Interior, National Economy, Justice, Finance, and National Defense shall implement this decree accordingly.
