Article 1. Issuing the Regulation on Visa Exemptions for Overseas Vietnamese Nationals.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from September 1, 2007.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, and Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
