DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Regarding the amendment and supplementation of Decision No. 1273/2004/QĐ-BTM
dated September 7, 2004, issued by the Minister of Trade on the issuance of
the Regulation on Coloring Petroleum Products
THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to Decision No. 187/2003/QĐ-TTg dated September 15, 2003 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the Regulation on Management of Petroleum Product Trading;
To provide petroleum product import trading enterprises at the main level and military units with additional time to prepare necessary conditions for implementing the coloring of petroleum products;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Domestic Market Policy Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. Amend Article 2 of Decision No. 1273/2004/QĐ-BTM dated September 7, 2004 of the Ministry of Trade on the issuance of the Regulation on Coloring Petroleum Products, as follows:
This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette; it shall be implemented starting December 1, 2004.
Article 2. The other contents of Decision No. 1273/2004/QĐ-BTM dated September 7, 2004 of the Ministry of Trade on the issuance of the Regulation on Coloring Petroleum Products remain valid and effective./.
