CIRCULAR

ISSUING TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON SOIL DEGRADATION INVESTIGATION

WHEREAS, Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; Decree No. 19/2010/NĐ-CP dated March 5, 2010 of the Government amending and supplementing points c, d, g, h, and i Clause 5 Article 2 and Decree No. 89/2010/NĐ-CP dated August 16, 2010 of the Government amending and supplementing Article 3 of Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP;

WHEREAS, Decision No. 43/2010/QĐ-TTg dated June 2, 2010 of the Prime Minister promulgating the national statistical index system;

At the proposal of the Director General of the National Land Administration, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, and the Head of the Legal Department;

THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON SOIL DEGRADATION INVESTIGATION,

Article 1. THESE TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON SOIL DEGRADATION INVESTIGATION ARE ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 14, 2013.

Article 3. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL, GOVERNMENTAL BODIES UNDER THE GOVERNMENT, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY, DIRECTORS OF THE LAND ADMINISTRATION GENERAL DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF ORGANIZATIONS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT, AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS CIRCULAR./.
