AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO CIRCULAR NO. 36/2010/TT-BCT DATED 15 NOVEMBER 2010 OF THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE ON IMPLEMENTATION OF RULES ON PROCEDURES FOR ISSUANCE AND INSPECTION OF ORIGIN, AMENDED RULES, AND SPECIFIC RULES FOR GOODS UNDER THE ASEAN CHINA FREE TRADE AREA AGREEMENT VERSION 2007 IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE COMPREHENSIVE ECONOMIC COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHEAST ASIAN NATIONS AND THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA
