Repealing Circular Jointly Issued No. 19/2007/TTLT-BNN-BTP-BCA-VKSNDTC-TANDTC dated March 8, 2007 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Public Security, Supreme Procuratorate, and Supreme People's Court guiding the application of certain provisions of the Criminal Code regarding crimes in the field of forest management, forest protection, and timber managementPursuant to Decree No. 96/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 16, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
                                 

Based on the Law on Enactment of Legislative Acts dated June 22, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the People's Courts dated November 24, 2014;

Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the People's Procuratorate dated November 24, 2014;

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2018/NĐ-CP dated August 6, 2018 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents.

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Public Security, the Procurator General of the Supreme Procuratorate, and the President of the Supreme People's Court jointly issue this Circular jointly repealing Circular Jointly Issued No. 19/2007/TTLT-BNN-BTP-BCA-VKSNDTC-TANDTC dated March 8, 2007 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Public Security, Supreme Procuratorate, and Supreme People's Court guiding the application of certain provisions of the Criminal Code regarding crimes in the field of forest management, forest protection, and timber management.

Repeal entirely Circular Jointly Issued No. 19/2007/TTLT-BNN-BTP-BCA-VKSNDTC-TANDTC dated March 8, 2007 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Public Security, Supreme Procuratorate, and Supreme People's Court guiding the application of certain provisions of the Criminal Code regarding crimes in the field of forest management, forest protection, and timber management. 1. This Circular takes effect from January 18, 2021.

This Circular takes effect from January 25, 2026.

2. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Public Security, the Supreme Procuratorate, the Supreme People's Court, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular jointly issued.
