ISSUING THE PRIMARY SCHOOL CURRICULUM FOR THE RAGLAI LANGUAGE SUBJECT
BASED ON EDUCATION LAW No. 43/2019/QH14 dated December 14, 2019, 6 AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED BY EDUCATION LAW No. 123/2025/QH15 dated December 10, 2025;
BASED ON DECREE No. 37/2025/NĐ-CP dated February 26, 2025 OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATING THE FUNCTION, MISSION, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING;
BASED ON DECREE No. 82/2010/NĐ-CP dated July 15, 2010 OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATING THE TEACHING AND LEARNING OF THE LANGUAGE AND WRITING SYSTEM OF ETHNIC MINORITIES IN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND ADULT EDUCATION CENTERS; DECREE No. 96/2025/NĐ-CP dated April 29, 2025 OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING SOME ARTICLES OF DECREE No. 82/2010/NĐ-CP dated July 15, 2010 OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATING THE TEACHING AND LEARNING OF THE LANGUAGE AND WRITING SYSTEM OF ETHNIC MINORITIES IN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND ADULT EDUCATION CENTERS;
ACCORDING TO THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE PRIMARY EDUCATION DIVISION;
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ISSUING THE PRIMARY SCHOOL CURRICULUM FOR THE RAGLAI LANGUAGE SUBJECT.
Article 1. The Primary School Curriculum for the Raglai Language Subject is annexed to this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from May 3, 2026.
Article 3. THE CHIEF OF THE OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE PRIMARY EDUCATION DIVISION, HEADS OF RELEVANT UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, MAYORS OF PROVINCES AND DIRECTORS OF PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF DIRECTLY SUBORDINATE CITIES, DIRECTORS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING BUREAUS, EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, AND OTHER PARTIES RELEVANT TO THIS CIRCULAR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
